Had an awesome experience at Horton Auto. Mike was upfront and honest from the start, he actually took the time to go under the vehicle and show me exactly what the issues were before doing any work. I got my shocks replaced and the job was done quickly, properly, and at a fair price. It is rare to find a mechanic who is this transparent and helpful. Easily one of the best and most trustworthy places in London if you are looking for quality work and honest service.

I've been bringing my vehicle to Mike for a while now, and I can't say enough good things. He's always upfront about what needs to be done, never pushes unnecessary repairs, and his prices are more than fair. It’s rare to find a mechanic who truly earns your trust, but Mike does just that. Fast service, clear communication, and quality work every time. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mechanic they can count on.

Mike is as reliable as they come. Cooling issues with thermostat and water pump in 10 year old truck. Replaced a faulty thermostat on warranty and a new water pump in a day. My go to for anything maintenance related.

Today I lost a dealership and gained a new mechanic! My Nissan dealer was recommending work for which I had my doubts. I brought my vehicle to Horton Auto and was NOT disappointed. Mike and I had a conversation and discussed various possibilities. He was very attentive and listened to my concerns. He is honest, his prices are VERY reasonable and he has decades of experience. I recommend Horton Auto most highly!
